A family of 3D wooden maps was needed for different countries, sharing one concept and suitable for series production. The Türkiye map is the series' lead design; the other countries follow the same line work and colour language.
Process
On every country map, starting with Türkiye, province and regional borders were drawn on separate layers, and each region was converted into closed vectors so it becomes an independent piece in laser cutting. The regional icon sets supplied with the products (architectural structures and landmark icons) were designed in the same line style. Colour palettes were optimised separately for UV printing to give consistent results on wood and metal surfaces.
