Project
A series of framed 3D wooden maps with a sea background: a political map of Europe with each country cut as a separate piece, and a map of Türkiye in the same visual language.
Process
Map regions were converted into closed vectors so each becomes a separate piece in laser cutting; bleed allowances were added against UV print misregistration, and every colour palette was tested separately on the wood surface.
